ZZ9000 Heatsink

A passive aluminum heatsink (Wakefield-Vette LTN20069) designed to attach to the ZYNQ chip on the ZZ9000 board. Installation requires peeling off a backing film to expose the thermal adhesive and pressing it firmly onto the chip. Measures 16.51 x 16.59 x 8.89 mm and weighs 3.576 g. Includes temperature monitoring accessible from the Amiga side via the ZZTop tool. MNT Research recommends using a case fan for proper ventilation when the ZZ9000 is installed in a crowded, closed case.
