RuuviTag Development Kit

A development kit for RuuviTag wireless sensors, designed for developers who need to flash and debug devices via the SWD (Serial-Wire-Debug) bus or access the extra IO connections on the bottom of the RuuviTag circuit board. The package includes a Nordic Semiconductor nRF52-DK evaluation kit and a development shield designed for RuuviTag. The nRF52-DK provides an integrated Segger J-Link programmer for firmware debugging, and the shield powers the RuuviTag to eliminate battery management during development. The kit enables use of third-party protocol stacks or operating systems, safe testing of different protocol stacks such as Bluetooth 5, and restoration of the original RuuviTag software via factory reset. It is intended for developers who need to replace protocol stacks or bootloaders, or perform serious debugging beyond what over-the-air firmware updates support.
