Fasoli Gino is a family-run organic winery in Colognola ai Colli, in the Val d'Illasi of eastern Verona, producing Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone, Soave and Merlot from its own vineyards. The Fasoli family has farmed the estate since 1925, converting to organic viticulture in the early 1980s and adding biodynamic and regenerative practices since 2006. All grapes are grown, vinified and bottled on the estate, and the winery is Equalitas-certified and vegan-certified. The family also operates the adjacent Magari Estates hotel and a wine shop.
