Faller is a German model-making brand founded in 1946 by brothers Edwin and Hermann Faller, today operated as Gebr. FALLER GmbH in Gütenbach in the Black Forest. The company designs and produces plastic model buildings, terrain and scenery accessories, and the Car System road-traffic line for model railways in H0, N, Z and POLA G scales, and also distributes around 26 third-party model brands. All products are conceived, developed and manufactured at the Gütenbach site, which the company markets as "Made in Germany." The firm employs roughly 90 people and is led by managing director Horst Neidhard, who took over after the 2009 insolvency.
